Herbcare's Glucosamine Max and Wheatgrass Max Dietary Supplement Review

I have heard of the power of wheatgrass before and I have tried it myself. But I guess I'm someone who'd seriously take that as a way to detoxify and not as daily juice intake. I've been given the chance to review two products from Herbcare Center: Glucosamine Max (a once-a-day nutritional powder drink) that promotes healthier joints and WheatgrassMax (a food supplement that improves power and stamina). Of course, getting to know the immense benefits of both products is something new to me and thus served as a 'challenge' for me especially since wheatgrass now enjoys a certain degree of popularity to the extent that it is now a way of life among health and fitness enthusiasts.

The deep green Wheatgrass powder in WheatgrassMax contains a number of important nutrients such as high percentages of carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, chlorophyll and insoluble fiber are available in the natural synergistic form that makes it a complete food that the body requires daily to enhance power and stamina.

Wheatgrass Max also has high amino acid content that includes Leucine that promotes the healing of muscle tissue, skin, and bones as well as aids in increasing growth hormone production. It is also beneficial for those who'd want to look sexier as it also includes Methionine which is a powerful anti-oxidant that assists in the breakdown of fats and prevents fat build-up while Valine is also needed for muscle metabolism and coordination, tissue repair, and for the maintenance of proper nitrogen in the body. Apart from all these benefits, WheatgrassMax is also packed with Vitamin C, E, and K, biotin, choline, lycopene, beta-carotene, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, pyridoxine, folic acid, calcium, cobalt, copper, alanine and arginine.

The taste? It's 100% organic so it tastes exactly just the way it should be. The deep green color and aroma indicates the fresh wheatgrass made into powder form. One teaspoon of wheatgrass is equivalent to an entire spinach salad weighing a full 50 grams. I'm no fan of veggies especially the leafy ones but WheatgrassMax enables me to have nutrient-rick boosters in a juice form for an easier digest. Loaded with essential vitamins and micro-nutrients equivalent to a week's vegetable consumption of an average person, WheatgrassMax is perfect for athletes and those who lead an active lifestyle because it will surely give them a steady supply of energy.

As for the other product, GlucosamineMax, it tasted like an oral rehydration salt when you drink it as it is or a buko juice (young coconut juice). But then, you can dissolve it in juices or any beverage drink that you want if you'd rather not take it as it is. GlucosamineMx is a dietary supplement which aims to prevent joint pain and early degeneration of the joint cartilage. Studies have shown that Glucosamine Sulfate helps maintain healthier joint cartilage and rehabilitate damaged cartilage to regain pain-free joint mobility.

I'm not getting any younger, I'm also overweight so both makes me prone to joint pain. As we age, our body's natural production of natural glucosamine slows down. This leads to the thinning of the joint cartilage and loss of its flexibility to cushion joint movements. The way to treat joint pain is to get rid of its symptoms through lifestyle modification, proper exercise, manual therapy, painkillers and Glucosamine Sulfate dietary supplements.

As most of my friends know, my Mom and I had recently met an accident which caused her to have partial hip replacement. She's now recuperating and hopefully will soon start her rehabilitation so she can walk again. She's been taking GlucosamineMax as part of her rehabilitation to help restore joint cartilage back to health and retards progression of damage to joints.
