Despite the torrential rains in the country, ASUS Philippines launched
its latest ASUS products last Sunday, August 14, 2016 and brought excitement
that created stirs among loyal ASUS aficionados at the posh Sofitel Philippine
Plaza. Led by ASUS Global CEO Jerry Shen, the ASUS Transformer 3, ZenBook 3 and
the ZenFone 3 lines were unveiled.

It was the very first time I had been invited to their annual
Zenvolution event and the second time I had attended an ASUS event. Despite the heavy rains, I was surprised to
see that lots of people trooped to Sofitel to take part and witness the said
launch. I liked to be one of the people to get the first dibs on the newest
ASUS gadgets.

Among the gadgets I’ve seen during the launch
was the ASUS Zenbook 3 and the ZenFone 3 Ultra. I love the fact that ZenBook 3
is much lighter than a Macbook Air. It’s unbelievably thin and so ergonomic to
use. The ZenFone 3 is ideal for me because it’s really big—because it’s a
phablet but as a blogger, I know I can do a whole lot of other stuff using it.
I can multi-task sans the usual hassle with a regular sized phone. I can also
watch my favourite videos with it while doing my articles.

ZENBOOK 3 The ASUS ZenBook
3 is packed in an ultra-sleek 11.9mm chassis that weighs a mere 910g. ZenBook 3
is crafted from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, a premium material that is 50%
stronger than the standard alloy used in laptops. The ZenBook 3 is available in
three exclusive colors — Royal Blue, Rose Gold and Quartz Grey — and a special
two-phase anodizing process. The ZenBook 3 is powered
by Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB of high speed 2133MHz RAM, up to a 1TB

for enhanced usability. A built-in fingerprint reader with Windows Hello
