Purple Plum Fairy attended a Hizon's Catering event where they featured all four types of events [wedding, birthday, corporate and seminars] exclusively for bloggers held at the Oasis Manila. Here, I am sharing with you a glimpse of what to expect when you book a catering from Hizon's.

This type of set-up had coffee, tea and breads plus a cooking station for your "make-our-own" omelette. You can choose from a variety of options to choose from as filling to make it more personalized: mushrooms, ham, cheese, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, shrimps, chicken pesto, black olives, and spinach.

The menu packages at Hizon's Catering starts at Php450 per person. Not bad for all the good service eh? For this particular event, dishes were spearheaded by chef Simon Dayrit. Event styling was done by Drew Menor. Hizon's Catering also partnered with event planners like Cheska Pineda, they are the ones in-charge to coordinate with the clients regarding ll the other details.
"We can take care of everything. Aside from the food, table set up and chairs, the wait staff and service, we can also handle the amenities. Yes, we can arrange for the wedding singer and bridal car too. If you're looking for a hotel in the area, we can arrange that in the package too," shares Mr. Joseph Hizon.
Hizon's Catering did a fantastic job catering to one of my friends' wedding. I have been to several wedding where the food has been just okay as I know it can be challenging to serve a large number of people, but not for Mr. Joseph Hizon and his staff. When they were in the beginning planning stages, my friend had looked at several venues including some nice hotels, but after doing a tasting with Hizon's Chef, they knew they needed to pick a venue where they could bring them along. My friend and her husband are foodies and Hizon's menu takes the cake. Everyone said how delicious the food was. We were served with fillet, chicken and steak dishes. The appetizers were probably my favorite. They were phenomenal! The wait staff was quite amazing too. You hardly knew they were there while quickly picking up empty plates and glasses. They were also very good at serving drinks and making sure everyone was well taken care of. Hizon's Catering helped made my friend's wedding a memorable one.
I do hope that I have given you enough glimpse or a sneak preview of how Hizon's Catering can make your dream event to happen in reality. For now, excuse me, I need to find someone who could be my future groom...
