I've been a Bioessence customer but I had to admit, it's been a long while since the last time I had visited my favorite branch in Greenhills. So I was really surprised to see all the changes on my favorite wellness spa. Every Bioessence branch now proudly depicts the intricate interior design that bespeaks the roots of its founder, Dr. Emma Beleno-Guerrero who takes pride of her native Davao. The rich Mindanaoan heritage are showcased in all of Bioessence's branches nationwide. Thereby giving all customers a chance to have a glimpse of the rich art and culture of the Mindanao people. I am so in love with the very Pinoy vibe at the Bioessence branch in Lucky Chinatown mall. The foliage and tribal designs adds up to the calming effect which completes the total new look of the revamped new Bioessence Lucky Chinatown Branch.

You'd also be happy to note that Bioessence upholds a philosophy of Caring Beyond Beauty as they continuously uplift the lives of many Filipinos through its special brand of personal care. I've always known Bioessence as a go-to place where you can guarantee three essential elements whenever you avail any of their treatment – rest, rebalance and renewal. Luxury spa aficionados know exactly to look for the word 'signature' on the menu. With the revamping of the interiors, Bioessence has also added some exciting services for their customers. I like that they are bringing tradition and modern well-being together.

Guests can now avail and try the Pahuway massage or the Kahilom Facial. Pahuway is a Southerns Cebuano language which literally meant to take a nap, to rest or to go to sleep. Meanwhile, Kahilom when translated means the lack of sound or silence. It could also mean the state of being calm or serene. I'm excited to try those new services from Bioessence which really had Filipino touch or origin. I'd like to find out how different are they from the usual Swedish massage (my favorite kind of massage service) or the basic facial that Bioessence also offers. I'd have a different blog entry for my Pahuway and Kahilom facial experience once I get the chance to try them. That's my promise to you guys.
