Owned by Poblacion's Pura Vida proprietor, Lime Hut is the perfect place to unwind after a long week's work. You can chill here with some friends on a Friday night out or have fun with your family. Even if you go here alone to have your "me-time" you're guaranteed to enjoy the chill cool vibe. Lime Hut's definitely got you covered.
The ambiance as well as its interiors, not to mention its line up of menu makes for a glorious mouthful, modern and soulful and rooted in sense memory. Even if the memory is not your own, you taste its recollective pull.
There is no way to approach the rich Carribean dishes they serve on this resto cum bar. We had ordered their Totopo Mixtos and chorizo. Made from plantain sweet potato, taro and tortilla chips, it's impossible to eat them without making a glorious mess, while scooping the tender flesh awash in sticky sauce and just the right touch of stank made me and my companion two heads of spindly beasts.

Lime Hut also boasts of their signature cocktail drinks such as Katipunan Sunrise. You may order and enjoy them by the glass or by a pitcher if you're with your friends. The Katipunan Sunrise, Smoke in Tree, Treehouse Lagoon and Calypso are a must try drinks which I can recommend
I'd like to apologize for not being able to take as much photos as I wanted to. The food was so great that I had totally forgotten to take photos prior to eating them. Yes, that's how good the meals were. And I'm not kidding.
