Scholarships are up for grabs at Don Bosco Technical School in Makati |
If you know someone interested, especially those out-of-school-youth who aren't doing anything productive at the moment, now is the time to start applying for scholarships! And there are 25 scholarships up for grabs of FREE 1 month training of Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) and Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) thanks to Don Bosco Technical Institute Makati. This scholarship is also open to anyone who's 18 years old up to 50 years old.
Ms. Juvy Montalbo from the Don Bosco Alumni recently shared with us this piece of good news and gave us more information about the said scholarship program. The scholarship will be awarded based on a student’s commitment to the educational training as well as leadership and academic potential.
The one-month free training of Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) and Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) is a partnership between Don Bosco Tech. Institute and TESDA. It will be an 8AM to 5PM training for a month. There will be 25 scholarship slots.
In order to be eligible, applicants must be at least high school graduates. This is open to applicants ages 18 to 50 years old. Applicants are required to submit 4 pieces 1x1 ID Picture in white background with collar, 6 pieces passport size ID Picture with name plate, a baranggay clearance and medical clearance.
