The Manila Hotel is excited to announce a new culinary collaboration that brings together two prestigious businesses for a dining experience that embraces the lively flavors of Laguna province and its heritage cuisine.'
Café Ilang-Ilang, The Manila Hotel's popular dining destination famed for its large international buffet spread, has teamed with Calle Arco, an ancestral property in Pagsanjan, Laguna that has been renovated into a restaurant known for its traditional Filipino meals created using heirloom traditions. This collaboration will highlight Laguna's annual food festival, Anilag or Ani ng Laguna, which celebrates the region's rich culinary tradition.

Patrons of Café Ilang-Ilang will be able to experience the Anilag festival through a carefully curated menu that will feature Calle Arco's legendary dishes passed down through generations throughout the month of July. Binagoongang Crispy Pata, Hurnong Lechon, Kare-Kare (Galapong), Pancit Habhab, Sinigang na Baka na may Langka, Grilled Pla-Pla with Pako, and Kamote de Leche are among the main delicacies. Until July 31, these items will be served on a rotating menu at Café Ilang-Ilang's lunch and dinner buffet.
